As well as aquatic therapy being offered the pool is available to fitness center members.  Included in this is optional aerobic exercise times. See the schedule below for the times available to members and the public.

FITNESS CENTER POOL SCHEDULE

Physical Therapy (P.T.) – Pool usage for PT clients and graduates of PT program.  Exercise only, no lap swimming please.

Aerobics 1 – Range of motion exercises to help with movement of joints, strength, and balance.  For beginners.

Aerobics 2 – More aggressive exercise, faster pace than Aerobics 1.

Family Swim – Kids may swim at these times with a parent or adult (over 18) supervising.  Children may use the swim noodles only.  All children under 16 MUST be supervised by and adult.  This is a state law.

Adult Swim – Open to water exercise clients or swimmers.  Age 16 & up.  These times are for swimming laps, or exercise only, no splashing and “horse play” is allowed during this time.  If you have a child under 16 who needs to swim laps or exercise you may check with the attendant to see if it may be allowed.  All children under 16 MUST be supervised by an adult.  This is a state law.

The equipment can only be used if you have permission.  Most of it is used for Physical Therapy only.  Please do not chew on the equipment or use it for anything other than its intended use.
